Concierge Desk

Your licensed representative in Indonesian ports

Agency coordination for the formalities, plus the full concierge layer — under one desk, one WhatsApp thread and one documented account.

In short

The agent files your formalities with Customs, Immigration, Quarantine and the Harbourmaster, arranges the berth, and runs the account for everything the call consumes.

  • Part of Juara Holding Group, operating in Bali since 2015.
  • The desk owns no port infrastructure, so the advice stays independent.
  • Concierge fee always stated separately from the disbursement account.

A call, in four phases

The same file runs from before the vessel is inbound to after she has cleared out.

  1. 01

    Pre-arrival

Electronic declaration checks, crew and guest manifests, agency appointment, clearance sequencing and berth confirmation.

  2. 02

    On arrival

CIQP boarding coordinated alongside or at anchor, document handling, and the first provisioning and fuel windows.

  3. 03

    During the stay

Supplier scheduling, waste handling, crew changes, spares cleared through customs, and the guest programme.

  4. 04

    Departure

Outbound clearance, final accounts, and pre-clearance for your next Indonesian port.

The account

The disbursement account, done in the open

An Indonesian call generates third-party charges: berth or anchorage, clearance, fuel, provisioning, transport. The desk runs the account the way management companies expect — an opening estimate before arrival, running updates during the call, a closing statement with supplier documentation attached.

The concierge fee is stated separately and never blended into the DA, so an owner's accountant can audit every line.

Where the desk works

Benoa first, then wherever she goes

Benoa is the primary port of entry and the centre of gravity. Beyond it, the same file travels with the vessel.

Benoa

Clearance, bunkering, provisioning and crew changes all concentrate here.

Serangan

The working alternative for tenders, smaller vessels and guest landings.

Amed & Sanur

East-coast roadstead and sandbar anchorages, served by tender-based runs from the Bali teams.

Lombok & the Gilis

Medana Bay contacts for moorings, caretaking and fuelling between legs.

Komodo & Raja Ampat

Labuan Bajo shore programmes and the far-east file staged through Sorong.

Batam & Nongsa

The western gateway for vessels arriving from Singapore.
