Start with a shortlist, not a search

No, and we think that is a feature. The vessels are operated by the group's charter operators and by independent partners we have vetted. Because we are not defending our own inventory, the shortlist can be honest — if the right boat for your brief is not in the group fleet, we say so and source it elsewhere.

The figure we quote is the complete figure. The desk is remunerated within the charter agreement we negotiate, the same way established brokers are, and we do not add a separate service fee afterwards. Third-party costs such as park fees, flights or hotel nights pass through at cost, with receipts.

Both are arranged regularly. Sailing from Benoa adds one to two delivery days each way across open water past Lombok and Sumbawa, which some guests specifically want. Most parties fly the roughly one-hour leg to Labuan Bajo and board there, spending more of the charter inside the park.

For VVIP vessels in July–August or over New Year, four to six months. In shoulder season, six to ten weeks is usually workable for VIP class. Because the desk sits inside fleet operations we also see repositioning gaps that make short-notice charters possible.

The captain holds final authority on safety, always. When conditions close a route, the desk and the crew rebuild the itinerary in real time — alternate anchorages, resequenced dive sites, adjusted trekking slots — and rework any land bookings affected ashore.

A vetted shortlist instead of an open search, negotiated terms instead of the published rate, and one desk responsible for the whole trip instead of a chain of vendors. There are cases where booking direct genuinely makes sense, and we say so when your brief is one of them.
