Vessel caretaking
Engine and generator runs, bilge and battery checks, dehumidification, deck and interior inspection, mooring line condition.

Concierge Desk
Scheduled caretaking, a photo-documented monthly report, accounts administration and a duty officer who represents your interests — a programme, not a string of favours.
What an absent owner is actually buying is a representative whose only client is the vessel.
The programme
Visit frequency is set by vessel size and season; everything else runs to the same checklist every month.
Engine and generator runs, bilge and battery checks, dehumidification, deck and interior inspection, mooring line condition.
A monthly report with photographs and video, work completed and upcoming, budget versus actual, and an incident log.
Supplier management, disbursement tracking and consolidated statements in USD.
Rotation planning, visa and document renewals with the crew agency desk, welfare oversight for crew staying aboard.
When you fly in she is provisioned, fuelled, cleaned and ready — day one aboard is day one of the holiday.
Lay-up & compliance
Bali runs November to March on humidity, mould, biofouling in warm water and unwatched batteries. The programme shifts with it: more frequent dehumidification and hull checks, underwater inspections against marine growth, cover and canvas management.
A foreign-flagged yacht basing here also sits on a customs temporary-import position with a defined validity. Letting it lapse is the most expensive administrative mistake an owner can make in Indonesia, so the desk tracks the window and keeps flag, insurance and survey dates on one compliance calendar.
Know the boundary
The programme is a desk on your side of the dock. It is not a technical management contract, and the difference matters when something structural goes wrong.
Shore representation, run from Bali.
Technical and crewing responsibility under contract.
Owners wanting the full technical and crewing structure for extended eastern-Indonesia programmes are introduced to the group's vessel management arm, with this desk continuing as the Bali-side representative.
