Private aircraft on stand ahead of a transfer to a waiting yacht

Guest Experiences

The hour between the cabin and the deck

An immigration hall shared with three wide-bodies, a carousel, and traffic that can stretch nine kilometres into fifty minutes — while a vessel, a crew and a tide all wait on it.

In short

Each leg exists in Bali as a standalone service. What you are buying here is the sequence.

  • One desk times all three against your tail number and the captain's departure plan.
  • The timeline is built backward from the sailing plan, not forward from the landing.
  • We do not operate the escort vehicles or employ the airport staff. We own the handoffs.

The chain

Four legs, no leg waiting on another

  1. 01

    Fast-track immigration & customs

A greeter at the aircraft door or jet bridge, the priority lane, and the visa-on-arrival counter handled while you sit. Porters collect luggage from the carousel or the handling agent. Typical terminal time 15–25 minutes, against 60–90 unassisted at peak.

  2. 02

    Police-escorted convoy

A marked escort holds the convoy together through two toll junctions and a market road. It does not exempt you from traffic law — it converts a 40-to-70-minute variable into a 20-to-30-minute constant, which is what your captain needs.

  3. 03

    Transfer to the berth

Alphard-class vehicles, one per two to three guests, with a separate luggage van when the party travels with dive gear or provisioning cases. Drivers who know the marina gates, not just the marina pin.

  4. 04

    Gangway handover

ETA confirmed with the captain thirty minutes out so the crew is at the passerelle, not mid-task. If the yacht lies at anchor, the tender pickup point is agreed before you land.

Seventy-two hours of notice secures every leg. Shorter notice is often workable, with the escort the one component subject to availability on the day.

Both directions

Departures run the same chain in reverse

Gangway to lounge works on the same legs in the opposite order, with the fast-track team handling exit formalities and the escort timed against your slot or airline cutoff. Owners who arrive with the chain usually book the return in the same quote.

The same sequence scales from a single owner on a scheduled flight to a full charter party by private jet — with helicopter and seaplane connections layered on when the yacht lies beyond road reach.
