Marina berths from the air with motor yachts alongside the pontoons

From Batam to Flores, what a berth actually costs

Rates swing from a few hundred dollars a month for a mooring to superyacht day-rates comparable with Singapore. This maps the options hub by hub.

In short

Bali is short of berths, which is why anchorages carry the traffic.

  • Berths at Nongsa, Jakarta and Lombok are confirmable in advance.
  • Bali itself usually means a planned anchorage with tender support.
  • The desk arranges berthing as vessel representative — it operates no marina.

Hub by hub

Where a yacht can lie in Indonesia

A working comparison from the desk's files, in USD, with the standing caveat that marina tariffs change and are confirmed at booking.

Jakarta — Batavia & Ancol

Batavia Marina at Sunda Kelapa is boutique and city-side; the Ancol complex serves the Thousand Islands fleet. Best as a positioning or refit stop, not a cruising base. USD 15–40 per metre per month.

Batam & Nongsa — the western gateway

Nongsa Point is the natural first or last Indonesian berth off the Singapore Strait: full service, clearance support, twenty minutes from Singapore by fast ferry. Around USD 1.0–2.0 per foot per day.

Komodo & Flores

The Komodo gateway is its own subject with its own operators. East of Labuan Bajo, Flores cruising runs on anchorages rather than marinas.

Benoa is deliberately not on this list — Bali's one deep-water wharf is a defensive matter of its own, handled through the Benoa berth desk.

How the desk builds it

One plan across the whole itinerary

Send LOA, draft, dates and programme, and the desk returns a berthing plan across the route: where to take a berth, where a mooring is the better economy, where to lie at anchor with tender support.
