Jakarta — Batavia & Ancol
Batavia Marina at Sunda Kelapa is boutique and city-side; the Ancol complex serves the Thousand Islands fleet. Best as a positioning or refit stop, not a cruising base. USD 15–40 per metre per month.

Port Services
Rates swing from a few hundred dollars a month for a mooring to superyacht day-rates comparable with Singapore. This maps the options hub by hub.
Bali is short of berths, which is why anchorages carry the traffic.
Hub by hub
A working comparison from the desk's files, in USD, with the standing caveat that marina tariffs change and are confirmed at booking.

Nongsa Point is the natural first or last Indonesian berth off the Singapore Strait: full service, clearance support, twenty minutes from Singapore by fast ferry. Around USD 1.0–2.0 per foot per day.
No berth fees at anchor. Amed is a quiet roadstead with good holding, Sanur a sandbar anchorage for short stays, Lovina calm in the south-east season. Community moorings run USD 10–30 per day where they exist.
Medana Bay is the region's honest workhorse: moorings, limited alongside space, haul-out for smaller vessels and a well-regarded clearance office. Marina del Ray at Gili Gede sits in a similar band. USD 150–350 per month.
The Komodo gateway is its own subject with its own operators. East of Labuan Bajo, Flores cruising runs on anchorages rather than marinas.
Benoa is deliberately not on this list — Bali's one deep-water wharf is a defensive matter of its own, handled through the Benoa berth desk.
Working figures
Confirmed with each facility before you commit. Nothing here is a quotation.
Generally less than Singapore, though the saving narrows once tender logistics and services are added at anchorage-based stops.

How the desk builds it
Send LOA, draft, dates and programme, and the desk returns a berthing plan across the route: where to take a berth, where a mooring is the better economy, where to lie at anchor with tender support.
Current tariffs are confirmed with each facility before you commit. One plan, one account, no surprises at the fuel dock.
Send LOA, draft, dates and programme. The desk returns where to berth, where to moor and where to anchor across the whole itinerary, with tariffs confirmed before you commit.
