Captains & officers
Licensed masters for private and charter programmes, including Indonesian-licensed captains for locally flagged vessels and delivery skippers for repositioning legs.

Crew & Provisioning
Captains, engineers, chefs, stewardesses and deck — sourced from Indonesian maritime talent and international crew already in the region, vetted and visa-supported before they step on the passerelle.
A certificate that cannot be verified with its issuer does not exist.
Who the desk places
Distinct from crew shore support, which handles the logistics of a crew change. This page is recruitment and placement.
Licensed masters for private and charter programmes, including Indonesian-licensed captains for locally flagged vessels and delivery skippers for repositioning legs.
From day-work marine engineers to rotational chief engineers familiar with tropical-water systems loads.
Chief stewardesses and stewardesses to superyacht service standards, plus villa-trained candidates cross-trained for yacht interiors where owners want Balinese hospitality aboard.
Yacht chefs for permanent roles. For a chef embarked for a single cruise or event, the private chef desk is the faster route.
Deckhands and tender drivers, with STCW basic training verified rather than assumed.
The question owners arrive with
The honest answer is both, deliberately. Most well-run boats based here blend the two, and the desk builds the mix around your programme rather than pushing one pool.
Local seamanship, language and cost efficiency.
Superyacht-programme experience at international rates.
Working figures, not quotations. The mix is built around the programme and budget.
The paper side
Crew joining a foreign-flagged yacht in Indonesian waters normally enter on a pathway matched to the vessel's status and the crew member's role, and sign on through the harbourmaster with the vessel's agent — a different track from working ashore.
The desk prepares the letter pack, coordinates sign-on with the clearance desk, and diarises renewals so a crew member's status never lapses mid-season. For Indonesian crew joining foreign vessels, seaman's book and manning-agency requirements are managed end to end.
Working figures
Fees follow crewing-industry convention and are quoted flat in USD before a search begins.
Placement and documentation run from the Bali desk for vessels lying anywhere in the cruising ground — Benoa and Serangan, Lombok and the Gilis, Labuan Bajo and Komodo, and Raja Ampat through Sorong.
Joining logistics along the waySend the role, the programme and the start date. You get a shortlist of verified files — not CVs copied from a portal.
